Each pet is identifiable by a unique microchip linking back to its breeder, who undergoes regular inspections by both veterinarians and animal welfare organisations like the RSPCA and AWL to ensure adherence to industry standards.

While we strive to work with breeders who maintain high standards, we understand that health issues can occasionally arise. We strongly advise new pet owners to consider comprehensive pet insurance to mitigate potential costs associated with accidents or illnesses.

14-Day Health Guarantee Kellyville Pets

Offers a 14-Day Health Guarantee for illnesses deemed present at the time of purchase. If a veterinarian confirms that your pet has an illness caused by a virus, bacteria, fungus, or parasite present at the time of purchase, we will cover the cost of treatment.

This guarantee is contingent upon receiving written confirmation from a veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase. We reserve the right to provide care at our recommended veterinarian and are liable for costs up to the purchase price of the animal or exchange thereof. Failure to obtain a health check within 72 hours of purchase voids this guarantee.

3-Year Extended Health Guarantee

Additionally, we provide a 3-Year Extended Health Guarantee for genetic disorders present at the time of purchase that significantly impact your pet's quality of life or life expectancy. We require written confirmation from a veterinarian and reserve the right to seek additional opinions. This guarantee covers specific issues listed and refunds up to the purchase price of the pet.

Specifically this 3-Year Extended Health Guarantee covers the following issues only;

1. Clinically significant luxating patella

2. Heart murmur and other congenital heart abnormalities

3. Hip Dysplasia

4. Elbow dysplasia

5. Congenital liver shunts

6. Hernias - umbilical or inguinal

7. Developmental eyelid abnormalities including entropion (inward rolling eyelid) and ectropion (outward rolling eyelid)

Health issues we specifically do not cover include but are not limited to;

1. Any breed specific related illnesses (such as respiratory issues in brachycephalic dogs)

2. All allergies including skin or gastro - intestinal food allergies

3. Injuries or misfortune

4. Health issues caused by poor nutrition, an unhealthy environment or lack of routine health care such as vaccination, heartworm, flea, tick, or intestinal worm control

5. Parasitic, viral, bacterial, fungal infections after 14 days from purchase.
