Why do I need a chiller?

Even in milder summers, tank water temperatures will rise which can cause animals that are sensitive to temperature changes to become sick.
Chillers are one of the safest and most consistent ways to regulate water temperature as they are thermostatically controlled, which is extremely important for aquatic animals who thrive in cooler temperatures. For hotter climates, such as Australia, maintaining a consistently cool temperature is important in ensuring that your marine fish and axolotls don’t get sick.
