Important Service Update: Closure of Dog Grooming Services

Dear Valued Customers of Kellyville Pets,

We hope this message finds you and your furry companions in good health. We are writing to inform you about an important update regarding our dog grooming services and your upcoming grooming appointment with us.

Due to unforeseen circumstances and operational adjustments, we must close our dog grooming services for the foreseeable future. This decision was not made lightly, and we understand the impact this decision has on our valued customers.

We understand that our grooming services are an essential part of the care you provide for your beloved pets, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Our commitment to the well-being and happiness of your pets remains unwavering, and we want to assure you that we are actively working to provide services like this when circumstances permit.

We wanted to note that as you have an upcoming booking we have had to cancel with short notice, we understand this may cause you great inconvenience.

Firstly, if you did pay a $40 deposit on booking your appointment, we have commenced the refund process for these, but please let our customer service team know if you have not received your deposit back in five business days. Also, to express our deepest apologies we would like to extend a $25 Kellyville Pets voucher to you which can be redeemed by showing the barcode below, as well as some recommended dog wash and grooming services that have been made aware of our situation.

The $25 Kellyville Pets voucher is valid until 11.59pm September 30, 2023. Applies to all items. One use only.

During this closure, we encourage you to explore alternative options for grooming your pets and maintaining their comfort. Our customer service team will also be available to assist you with any questions you may have.
