Over the years, Innotek became the regional distributor for the PetSafe®, Staywell®, SportDOG™ and Premier® brands of pet products, supplying dog owners throughout Australia and New Zealand. In February 2011, the company was acquired by Radio Systems Corporation of Knoxville, Tn, USA and is now the regional office covering Australia, New Zealand, SE Asia and the Pacific.
